The third time's a charm as Phil Kline's Unsilent Night, Baltimore's best boombox Christmas parade, takes to the streets on Friday, December 12 at 8 p.m. All participants should meet at the Male/Female sculpture in front of Penn Station no later than 7:45 p.m. so tapes and CDs can be distributed.
